Q1: Is there a risk of the dinosaur cat tree tipping over if my cat climbs to the top?
A1: We have added extra weight to the base of the dinosaur cat tree. The head can support up to 20kg, ensuring stability even if your cat jumps to the highest point.
Q2: Which countries do you ship to?
A2: Currently, we only support shipping within the United States. For other countries, please contact our customer service via email.
Q3: How long does it take to receive my order?
A3: It takes approximately 30-35 days from order to delivery. For custom items, please allow an additional 5 days.
Q4: Can the outer fabric be removed and washed?
A4: We do not recommend removing the outer fabric for cleaning as it is very difficult to reinstall. It takes our skilled installers about 2 hours to perfectly restore the fabric to its original condition, so we advise against attempting this at home.
Q5: Can the dinosaur cat tree be disassembled for shipping?
A5: For aesthetic and structural integrity, the dinosaur cat climbing frame is designed as a single unit and cannot be disassembled for shipping. Please ensure that your building's elevator or passageway can accommodate the frame before ordering.
